We will tour the wine cellar of an 18th century villa in the heart of the 'Chianti Classico' area, receiving an up close look at the production and aging process of the 'chianti' wine and also learning about the secret of the olive oil making with an in depth explanation from an English speaking enological guide. After the tour of the wine cellar you will sample the estate's wines accompanied by Tuscan appetizers and extra virgin olive oil of their own production. The lunch will be served with a fine selection of Chianti wines in a medieval castle of the 13th century nearby. The tour is designed to bring you in touch with the enchanting Tuscan countryside and its wine.
