Vespa/Scooter day through Tuscany
Ride along scenic and silent country roads through the hillsides of Tuscany on a Vespa scooter enjoying the sights, smells and sounds of the Chianti region!
We leave daily from opposite the central train station of Florence, in front of McDonalds (Largo Alinari N1). Reservation is required to join the tour. Tour includes:
Roundtrip transportation, multi-language speaking guide, approximately three hours Vespa/Scooter driving and visiting different small medieval villages in the heart of the ‘chianti’ area, lunch with a fine selection of some of the most famous chianti wines.
Insurance, gas and helmet included.
If you don't feel comfortable riding on your own you can choose to ride with one of our experienced guides.
Daily departures Next, we will stop for lunch at a 13th century castle, featuring Tuscan specialities with a fine selection of some of the most famous chianti wines.
We will pick you up with one of our comfortable,air-conditioned mini-vans
and take you to the countryside,
away from the busy city.ty.
First you will receive an orientation from an English speaking trained professional about the Vespa/Scooter before we head out for our engaging and enjoyable ride. We will ride along quiet and scenic country roads offering splendid views of the rolling hillsides and visit different small medieval villages in the heart of Tuscany.
A valid drivers license is required and you must be at least 18 years of age. However, you do not need a motorcycle license.
Daily departure from Florence at 9.30 am and 4pm. The tour lasts up to 6 hours.
