General F.A.Q's

Question: Where do you leave from?

Answer: We leave from outside the central train station in florence 'Largo alinari#1' and if you are staying outside Florence, we can pick you up from your accomodation.

Question: Do you run the tours all year round?

Answer: Yes, also all days of the week.

Question: What happens in case of rain?

Answear: Exploring the Tuscan countryside is beautiful even with cloudy or rainy weather.
We give impermeable coats but if it is your wish we can
always reschedule the tour. However we prefer not to run the tours incase of heavy rain.

Question: Do you provide safe lockers?

Answear: We do provide safe lockers where you can lock your bag or luggage during the tour.

Question: Do you provide vegetarian meals?

Answear: Yes, we do provide vegetarian and vegan meals.

FAQs for Horseriding in Tuscany Tour

Question:	Where do we meet?
Answer:	Our meeting point is in the front of the Mc Donalds restaurant, outside the Florence central train station (SMN) 'Largo alinari#1'. We pick you up with one of our gray mini-vans that has the equestrian logo on it "Horse Riding Excursions".
Question:	Does your tour run year round?
Answer:	Yes, we run the tour all year round.
Question:	Do we need experience in horseback riding?
Answer:	No! This is a great experience also for people who have never ridden before! as preceding the ride you will be given a lesson by one of our trained guides in order to become better acquainted with your horse, we have about seventy horses and we use the best horses for beginners.
Question:	What should we bring with us?
Answer:	Bring long pants and closed shoes to be confortable on the saddle.
Question:	What kind of saddle do you use?
Answer:	English Saddles. We do not use western style tack for our trail riding.
Question:	Do the guide speaks any other language?
Answer:	English, German and Italian.
Question:	What kind of options are there for my child?
Answer:	Children need to be 12 years old to participate in horse riding. We do have also Horse carriage available for younger children!
Question:	What kind of horses do you have?
Answer:	We have horses of most breeds, shapes, sizes, and degrees of difficulty. Upon arriving we will pick a horse that matches your riding ability.
Question:	Do you have western riding available?
Answer:	Yes, but only for long riding trails.
Question:	How long is the drive?
Answer:	About 40min.

Question:	What should we bring with us?
Answer:	Long pants, closed shoes and don't forget your camera!
Question:	Do the guide speaks any other language?
Answer:	All of our guides speaks different languages, such as English, French, German, Italian and Arabic.
Question:	Do we need a driver's licence?
Answer:	A valid driver's licence is required. However, you do not need a motorcycle license.
Question:	How long will we be driving the Vespa?
Answer:	We will be driving for about 4hours and visiting different small medieval villages in the heart of Tuscany.
Question:	What is the minimum of age to join this tour?
Answer:	You must be at least 18years of age.
Question:	What if I have trouble driving on my own?
Answer:	If you don't feel comfortable driving, you can choose to drive with one of our guides.

Answer:	Yes, as we give impermeable coats, but if it's your wish, we can reschedule the tour.
