Cooking Class in the 'chianti'

Discover the secrets of Italian cuisine in the heart of Tuscany.

Create authentic tuscan antipasti such as bruschetta, savor aged pecorino cheese, understand the magic local olive oil holds, roll your own pasta and relish the desserts. After creating dishes in the rustic tuscan kitchen, take pride (and a fork) to indulge in the feast that you have prepared! Visit the estate's wine cellar and sample different varieties of wine in a personal tasting. Learning about the traditional tuscan cuisine is an experience full of celebration and satisfaction, a truly hands-on experience which will never be forgotten.



On the way back we stop to visit a 13th century castle wich has weathered the centuries very well, where you can enjoy the 'Dondoli's Ice Cream Parlor, which has won numerous awards and is considered the best Gelato in Europe!
 

The meals are prepared with our master chef in an enchanting and beautiful villa  in the Tuscan hillsides surrounded by historic olive groves and vineyards.




Daily departure from Florence at 9h30am or 4pm. The tour lasts up to 6 hours. If you are staying outside Florence we can pick you up from your accommodation.
